What is Gold-B's Agent?

Gold-B's Agent is a locally-installed automation platform that connects your WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Messenger, SMS, and Email accounts to an AI assistant. It processes incoming messages across all channels, matches them against configurable keyword rules, and delivers templated or AI-generated responses — all running on your own machine.

The platform runs as two Docker containers on your computer: a gateway that handles WhatsApp messaging, and an admin panel that manages all channels, configuration, and a visual flow builder. All data stays on your hardware — nothing is stored on external servers controlled by us.

How It Works

1. Install — Run the installer on your Windows or Linux machine. It sets up Docker containers automatically.

2. Configure — Open the local admin panel to set up keywords, rules, templates, and integrations.

3. Connect — Scan the WhatsApp QR code, connect Telegram/Instagram/Messenger bots, and optionally link your Google or Microsoft account via OAuth 2.0.

4. Automate — The agent processes incoming messages across all channels 24/7, routing them through your configured rules, visual flows, and AI providers.
